Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering or using any service provided by texi66, you expressly agree to be bound by all provisions in this Terms and Conditions document. Acceptance of these terms also covers the texi66 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which form part of the overall agreement between you and our platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account.

User Eligibility and Account Registration

texi66 services are open only to individuals who have reached the age of 21. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. Registration by individuals below this age limit is strictly prohibited and the relevant account will be closed immediately with no refund of any balance.

During registration, users must:

• Provide a full name that matches a valid identity document (MyKad or passport)
• Supply an active and reachable email address
• Register a valid and active mobile phone number
• Set a strong and confidential password

Each user is only permitted to hold one account at any one time. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods — is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

texi66 supports a range of secure and convenient payment methods for players in Malaysia. Available methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

Deposit Rules:

• The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is RM20
• All deposits must be made from an account in the name of the registered user only
• Deposits from third parties are not accepted and will be returned less processing costs
• texi66 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing a deposit

Withdrawal Rules:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in special circumstances
• Full identity verification may be required before large withdrawals are approved

Bonus and Promotion Terms

texi66 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered members. Each offer is subject to wagering requirements and a validity period set out separately. All claimed bonuses are subject to the following provisions:

• 200% Welcome Bonus: A bonus of 200% of your first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM500. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM200, bringing your balance to RM300. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount — meaning RM200 × 20 = RM4,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. For a deposit of RM600, the maximum bonus of RM500 is awarded, the balance becomes RM1,100, and the wagering requirement is RM500 × 20 = RM10,000.
• Bonuses cannot be converted or withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after the wagering requirement has been met are eligible for withdrawal
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all related bonuses and balances
• texi66 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice
• Misuse of bonus offers — including wagering solely to meet requirements without genuine intent to play — may result in the cancellation of claims

User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

texi66 users are required to act honestly, responsibly and in accordance with the rules at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the texi66 platform:

• Using automation software, bots or scripts in any form to access or influence game outcomes
• Attempting to hack, manipulate or disrupt texi66 systems
• Fraud, forgery or use of another person's payment information without authorisation
• Abusing the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts for this purpose
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in live casino games or poker
• Spreading false or misleading information about texi66 to others

Users found to be involved in any of the above activities will face immediate action, including instant account suspension, seizure of balances and winnings, and possible legal proceedings.

Account Security and Passwords

The security of your texi66 account is a shared responsibility between you and our platform. Users are fully responsible for:

• Choosing a strong password that is not easy to guess
• Not sharing your password with anyone, including family members
• Logging out of your account when using a public or shared device
• Reporting any suspicious activity to our support team immediately

texi66 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other communication method at any time. Any message asking for your password is not from the legitimate texi66.

Responsible Gambling

• Setting daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits

Account Suspension and Closure

texi66 reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions
• Fraud or suspicious activity requiring further investigation
• Request from the relevant authorities
• Failure to comply with identity verification requests within the specified period
• Account inactive beyond the specified period with no activity

In cases of account closure due to a breach of terms, texi66 reserves the right to forfeit any balance, bonuses and winnings in the account. For closure at the user's own request, any remaining balance will be processed according to standard withdrawal procedures.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, texi66 is not responsible for:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of betting activity on the platform
• Service interruptions caused by technical maintenance, network disruption or circumstances beyond our control
• Losses arising from a user's negligence in maintaining the security of their account
• Game outcomes that are disputed after being confirmed as valid by the texi66 system

This platform is provided "as is". texi66 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous service availability but does not guarantee the complete absence of interruptions.

Changes to Terms and Applicable Law

texi66 reserves the right to modify, add to or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the website. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
